Refund policy

At Ital Essentials, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
Due to the personal nature of our fragrance products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email).

If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost.
